"Global Challenges of Artificial Intelligence: AI and Global (In)Justice": Dr. Anne Burkhardt at the AIDAHO Lectures at the University of Hohenheim

Dr. Anne Burkhardt visited the University of Hohenheim for RHET AI: As part of the AIDAHO Lectures, she gave a lecture on “Global Challenges of artificial intelligence: AI and Global (In)Justice” on 11.01.24

In her lecture at Hohenheim Castle, she focused on the ethical aspects and questions of artificial intelligence, specifically on the differences between the Global North and the Global South and the extent to which AI technologies can reinforce aspects such as discrimination, inequality, environmental pollution and exploitation.

We are very pleased that this perspective has found its place in the AIDAHO Lectures and that social science and ethical aspects of AI are also being heard in the context of technologically-oriented programs.
