Artificial Intelligence: New Round of Topics at I'm a Scientist

With the next round on Artificial Intelligence at I'm a Scientist taking place from February 28th to March 6th, 2024, we would again like to give students the opportunity to exchange ideas with researchers: The focus will be on the functioning, possibilities and realities of artificial intelligence. Questions such as "Where can artificial intelligence be used?", "How does artificial intelligence work?" or "What challenges do you face when working with artificial intelligence?" can be asked and discussed. Experts from all fields of research are welcome to participate. Teachers are invited to register their classes online. The deadline for registration is February 8th.

In written live chats and through the website's question-and-answer feature, students can interact with scientists, learn about their day-to-day work, and find out more about the topics they are currently researching. Students regularly vote for their favorite scientists, and a winner is chosen at the end.

All further information about I'm a Scientist can be found on the project website. The project is implemented by Wissenschaft im Dialog (Science in Dialogue) in cooperation with the RHET AI Center and funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
