The Call for Contributions for the transformativ-conference, organized by the RHET AI Center together with the experimenta Science Center in Heilbronn, has been extended until May 15, 2025.
The RHET AI Center and the experimenta Science Center invite experts from theoretical and practical fields of work to share their work on and with Artificial Intelligence. The conference is deliberately interdisciplinary and we invite experts from all disciplines and practical professional fields that deal with artificial intelligence to participate.
Experts can place their topic in one of these four tracks:
Track 1: Narratives and Imagineries
The first track discusses ideas, approaches, and visual worlds related to AI, traces their impact on technology and society, and advances research perspectives.
Track 2: Access and Competencies
The second track concentrates on the acquisition and teaching of skills for the holistic application of and critical reflection on AI.
Track 3: Strategies and Ideas
The third track focuses on individual and societal strategies for addressing the challenges of new types of AI systems.
Track 4: Persuasive Systems and Power Relations
In this track, we seek to develop a shared understanding of the complex web of political, cultural, economic, and technological structures that make up AI systems.
In Tracks 1–3 the presentations and discussions will be done mostly in German, while Track 4 is specifically reserved for international perspectives with its main language being English. However, it is possible to submit presentations in English for Tracks 1–3, too.
Possible formats to submit are presentations, problem pitches or panel discussions.
